Starting your fitness or bodybuilding journey can feel overwhelming at first. Our goal is to make the process simple, clear, and effective. Here are some answers to commonly asked questions.

GENERAL QUESTIONS:

  • Programs are typically delivered within 5–7 days after payment and all required paperwork have been received.

  • Yes!

    Team Herrcules offers coaching packages that include in-person training sessions.

    In addition, we also offer standalone in-person training and posing sessions that can be booked by members and non-members as add-ons through our ‘1 on 1 Services’ tab.

  • For both lifestyle and competitive athletes, the diet is adaptive and will be adjusted as needed to ensure consistent progress and optimal results.

  • For payments

    • Month-to-month and 3-month packages are billed through Stripe subscription service.

    • 6-month and yearly plans are paid via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.

  • Yes!

    Communication is available as needed, and we’re here to support you throughout your entire journey to ensure you stay aligned, accountable, and progressing toward your goals.

    Open communication with your coach is key, tell us what you’re able to do, and we’ll tailor your plan around your lifestyle. If you’re willing to put in the work, you can achieve your goals.

Bodybuilding Questions

  • Female Athletes: ~$1,500.00 - ~$3,500.00

    Items: to consider: Competition suit, heels & stage jewelry, mandatory tan, OCB fee (~$60.00) or NPC fee (~$150.00) and registration fees.

    Male Athletes: ~$1,000.00 - ~$2,000.00

    Items to consider: Competition bottoms, mandatory tan, OCB fee (~$60.00) or NPC fee (~$150.00) and registration fees.

    Also account for all other potential fees, such as coaching, groceries, gym memberships, supplements etc.

    There are many financial routes you can take for your competition and the prices can vary widely.

    Talk to your coach about your financial status beforehand, there are many financially savvy ways to do a prep month to month.

  • To ensure optimal health, adequate adaptation time, and a fully structured preparation process, we follow a well-orchestrated prep designed for peak conditioning and stage readiness.

    Male Athletes: 16–24 weeks minimum
    Female Athletes: 20–24 weeks minimum

  • Team Herrcules members receive access to a monthly team posing seminar. For packages that include in-person sessions, athletes have the ability to use that time for either training or posing practice based on their needs.

    We also offer private, bookable 1-on-1 sessions for both members and non-members, through our ‘1-on-1 Services’ tab.

  • We coach bodybuilding athletes across multiple federations, including:

    • Most common: NPC (National Physique Committee)

    • Second most common: OCB (Organization of Competition Bodies)

    • WNBF (World Natural Bodybuilding Federation)

    • INBA/PNBA (International Natural Bodybuilding Association / Professional Natural Bodybuilding Association)

    • ANBF (American Natural Bodybuilding Federation)

    • USBF (United States Bodybuilding Federation)

  • Bodybuilding is a sport, and at Team Herrcules we treat it with the structure, respect, and precision it demands.

    We understand that for many athletes, stepping on stage begins as a bucket list goal, and we fully support that ambition. However, competing in bodybuilding is not casual or recreational. There are specific standards, expectations, and criteria required to compete, and the level of preparation must reflect that reality.

    Bodybuilding is widely recognized as a sport of the 1%, meaning the dedication, discipline, and intensity required will match that standard. Success in this sport is built through consistency, structure, and a commitment to the process over time.

    At Team Herrcules, our approach is centered around fully tailored coaching, clear communication, and long-term development. Whether your goal is to step on stage for the first time or continue progressing as a seasoned athlete, we build every plan with intention, accountability, and sustainability in mind.

  • Yes, we strongly encourage post-show coaching to ensure a controlled and healthy reverse diet following competition.

    The level of conditioning required to present a competitive stage physique is highly demanding and not sustainable long term. A structured rebound phase is necessary, and guided coaching is important to support all athletes metabolic recovery, hormonal health, and overall post show well-being.

    We provide expert guidance and support for both natural and enhanced athletes, with a tailored approach designed around each individual’s physiology, goals, and competitive nature.

    We are strong advocates for natural bodybuilding and place a high priority on long-term health, sustainable progress, and building physiques that are both competitive and maintainable over time.
